You can request an exchange if:

• There is a size or fit issue

Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

• Refunds are issued as a Luka Chuppi Gift Card
• Valid only if requested within 3 days of delivery
• The gift card will be shared after the product is received and inspected

Note:

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used, worn, or washed items
• Products not in original condition
• Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Products with missing or unreadable serial numbers
• Hygiene essentials, including:
  • Cloth diapers
  • Nappies
  • Padded underwear
